Art has to be accessible.
Art has no responsibility at all to be accessible.
Art should nod a little bit to accessibility but mostly be indifferent to a popular position.
Art should be fairly accessible to those wanting to enjoy its leisure possibilities.
Art should mostly fly in the face of those who wish to enjoy it as a leisure activity.
Art should be actively hostile to any prerogative that suggests it should be broadly accessible.
Art should be accessible to vaguely liberal cultural types who can appreciate real artistic vision.
Art should be accessible to everyone including rednecks, bigots and anyone who enjoys debased cultural activities.
Art should be accessible in the form of more murals and public sculpture.
All forms of mural experimentation in the name of art should be banned.
Public art should be commissioned by an expert panel of children under 10.
Too much art looks like it was produced by children under 10.
Children under 10 find that art has become too theoretical.
Everyone should pay for all art.
Everyone should pay for tasteful art.
Everyone should pay for all art except the stuff with body fluids.
Art should be a user pays activity.
Sweeping statements about art are next to useless.
I reserve the right to make sweeping statements about art.
